Our EMT Basic course provides a complete curriculum for the foundations of pre-hospital emergency medical care. Course includes 140+ hours of hands-on, evidence-based education from experienced emergency care providers and instructors. Our course includes 12 hours of clinical experience in an Emergency Department and 12 hours of clinical experience on a front-line ambulance. Successful completion of this course qualifies you to take the Montana State or NREMT EMT Basic certification exam.
Course meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00p to 10:00p with some Saturdays starting February 22, 2022. The course will run for 11-12 weeks, ending in May.
Tuition is $1,500.00 which includes the course text "Emergency Care and Transportation of the Sick and Injured" from AAOS, access to the online materials, BLS CPR certification, clinical rotations, and NREMT Psychomotor exam. Must be 17 years old to enroll.
Through the Missoula College, 5 college credits are available for this course. Additional registration and fees apply.
