Cancellation, Tuition, and/or Fee Refund Policy

 AHA, STOP THE BLEED, & NAEMT Course Registration Withdrawal & Fee Refunds

Registrations for AHA, STOP THE BLEED, or NAEMT courses withdrawn 72 hours or more before the start of a class will receive a full refund. Registrations withdrawn less than 72 hours before the start of a class will receive a 50% refund.

Once a course begins, fees are non-refundable.

EMT Basic & Advanced EMT Course Grace Period

If after the first course meeting for the EMT Basic or Advanced EMT course, you choose not to continue with the course, you may withdraw and receive a 85% refund. Course materials must be returned.

Exceptional Circumstances for EMT Basic & Advanced EMT Courses

Withdrawal with refund from the EMT Basic or Advanced EMT courses after the grace period is at the discretion of the Course Committee. Please speak with your Lead Instructor regarding withdrawal.

Course Cancellation

If Missoula Emergency Services cancels a course for which you are registered, a full refund of tuition and/or fees will be issued.
