AHA BLS CPR Certification (CPR for Healthcare Providers)
Courses are held at the Missoula Emergency Services Training Center located at 1220 Burlington Ave, Missoula, MT 59801.
This course takes approximately five hours to complete, including skills practice and testing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR trains healthcare providers to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. BLS CPR is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
